And I mean all of it. I am about to erase this blog. It's that simple. I am not doing well in this game called Life, let alone with all of the challenges I have put on myself. Even trying to make myself accountable isn't doing it. So..... until I get out of this valley, there pry won't be much from me on here. I am in an incredibly BAD mood about EVERYTHING right now and I don't care who knows it.

Now now. Don't give up!! You are doing so well! I was serious when I congratulated you for getting right back on the horse after falling off! Most people just give up, but NOT YOU! You don't always have to be moving forward, but just try not to take a big step back. I believe in you!
Oh, Nickki - as of this minute - stop beating yourself up - that is an order! It does you no good and has no purpose. Instead - look at how well you did for three days. That just goes to show that you are capable of doing whatever you put your mind to. You just have to want to do it bad enough. I wish I knew what it took for each person to get to that point - if I did I could be rich! Don't give up. You are an incredibly strong person - you need to believe in yourself. Hang in there!

So healthy it is, trying to come up with a new title as we speak. Screw 30 by 30. Let's just live healthfully and happily and let the rest go.
Just because you've had a few smokes...don't let that screw up the progress you've made. Maybe you only smoke a couple a day for now. And then, maybe it will become a non-issue and you can quit for good. The goal is to be smoke-free. But don't let the process kill you!

Alright ladies - here is a challenge - write about thirty ways you can be healthier by your 30th Birthday! Get creative - and you can't have quitting smoking or losing weight be part of your list.
I'm up for the challenge. 30 things to do by 30 - which is only 105 days! Well...121 for some people!
